This vintage Jean Richard diver watch from the early 1960s is a remarkable piece of history. Produced during the three-year period between 1959 and 1962, before the brand began labeling all their diver watches with the name Aquastar. The dial having faded to an incredible beautiful tropical brown tone with all original radium lume still intact. This timepiece has an unpolished stainless steel case with clearly readable numbers on the caseback. We checked the AS 1581 automatic movement, and it runs precisely. The crown and plexi are original from the 1960s. Additionally, we will provide a NOS black Tropic band and a beautiful leather strap !
