Bueche Girod was a small watchmaking company founded in 1947. Despite its modest size, its master watchmaker Vital Bueche was well known for producing excellent movements and had many patents including the non-phase and plain calendar.

Bueche Girod has a closely intertwined history with Bulova and Cartier. It is not uncommon to find a Cartier watch with a Bueche Girod-signed movement or Bueche designs with the Cartier hallmark on the case. This watch is no exception. What we are offering you here is a rare « Baignoire » by Bueche Girod. With a mechanical movement, its original bracelet, and a gold buckle, this watch will transport you directly to the 1970s with an exceptionally rare reference on your wrist.
